Brownies is for energetic 7 – 10 year old girls. We have weekly meetings which are jam packed full of games, crafts, badges and new challenges! There are also regular outings. We are based inthe village of Stanton, near Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. We meet at Ixworth Primary School on most Tuesday evenings (except school holidays) from 5.00 - 6.30pm.

The Brownie uniform has lots of different options and every Brownie can decide individually what combination she would like to wear.
When she is ready each Brownie makes her Promise. As she becomes more experienced she may become a Sixer or Seconder in the Brownies, helping to look after the younger and less experienced girls.
